What is Cuong Nhu?
Cuong Nhu (“Kung New”) is a blending of seven hard and soft styles of Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese martial arts. These styles include:
Shotokan
Judo
Aikido
Wing Chun
Tai Chi
Vovinam
Boxing
Cuong Nhu is an evolving style that makes it easy and fun for children and adults to learn. Our family-oriented environment is one more reason why you should feel comfortable and safe to explore your physical skills and make new friends.
Our goal is to introduce you or your child to valuable life skills that will encourage successful, confident, and productive individuals.
Our team of experienced instructors are volunteers who have served Cuong Nhu for many years and are passionate to share their knowledge and spirit with you!
